Perhaps it would be good to add that what I've just said is based on an unverifiable statement, i.e. "the strangers are the persons sitting there" -- but it could be the eye that is watching them. And doing so I'm surely misinterpreting and lying to myself.

Sorry, I'm quite tired (fuckin' seminar about the autobiography in the 19th cent.) and my English is not that good...

I love it.

I like the title, the links with the photograph; I like the way the strangers are in fact sitting together, how they are very near to each other. It seems to me that the distance between them is rather in the white spaces (is it a curtain?), in something quite abstract...
